I am happy to send lo-res digital proofs of personalized orders for approval prior to printing, upon request. Please note, however, that proofs will add an additional 2 business days to your order, plus the time it takes for you to review them. Proofs will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout and your order will not be printed until all proofs are approved.

Most of my products are custom printed and not ‘stock’ items and therefore require production time in addition to shipping time. Personalized or custom print orders NOT requiring a proof will ship approximately 6-7 business days from purchase date.

If you are requesting proofs, they will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout within 2 business days of purchase. Your order will ship approximately 7 business days after you approve your proof.

Please note that production times may be slightly delayed during the peak holiday season—specifically between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I welcome custom orders and take on special requests whenever possible. There may be a fee for custom design work, but every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Just ask!

All items are shipped via USPS/FedEx Smart Post. Shipping upgrades are available by special request. If you need your item(s) expedited, please email me prior to placing your order for custom shipping options. At this time, I do not ship outside of the U.S.

I do not offer refunds on personalized items, regardless of whether or not a proof is requested. Carefully check that all information is correct when you enter it and/or upon reviewing your proof (if applicable). The information you supply is what goes to print, therefore, any printed mistakes and subsequent costs to replace item(s) are the customer’s responsibility. If an error occurs on my part, I will gladly fix it and pick up the tab. All items are inspected prior to being shipped and are packed with care, but if you find your item was damaged during shipping or is defective in any way, please contact me right away so we can resolve the issue.

Payments are accepted through Paypal. You don’t need an account to use a credit card with Paypal.

Please remember that devices vary and the color you see on screen may not be 100% accurate. Due to the nature of different substrates (totes, paper goods, etc.), I can’t guarantee that all products will match precisely what you see on screen.

NJ residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
